Please Read Before Booking:

 

1. No refunds, all sales are final

2. If you have any issues please inform us within 24 hours of your initial service.

3. ***WE NO LONGER WORK ON LASHES DONE BY OTHER SALONS OR TECHS!

4.  Come to your appointment with clean natural lashes. If you have any glue, mascara, etc. you will be charged $5 for a lash bath.

5.  Call or text at least 24 hours prior your appointment time. If you need to cancel (no emails). You will lose your deposit if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, or for no call/show and late arrivals over 20 min.  A new deposit must be made to re-book a new appointment.

6. Add $15 for appointments booked on U.S. mandatory holidays.

7. Any Coupons/Vouchers are for first time use. (first time customers only) We will not accept them if you have booked an appointment or been here before for that service it does not matter how long it's been or the location. (IF IGNORED, WE WILL NOT GO FORWARD WITH SERVICES & DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST)

8. A deposit is due at booking. All deposits will go towards your total payment. Please call if you need to book multiple services. Prepare to pay upfront!

9. Do not arrive more than 10 min before your scheduled appointment time. 

10. There is a $15 late fee if you are more than 15 min late! You will lose your deposit at 20 minutes and your appointment will be canceled. You will need to book a new appointment. You must be (inside the Salon) at your scheduled time! Arriving late limits the time of your service!

11. Do not bring kids or guest who are not being serviced. Your guests will be asked to wait outside the studio. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

12. Do not drink any caffeine before your eyelash appointment including ( sodas, coffee, tea, energy drinks, etc.) as this causes blinking and twitching. 

13. DO NOT BOOK ANY APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR ALLERGIC REACTIONS!
